I will compare the quality and service of McDonald's and Burger King. In my opinion Mc.has a better quality of its hamburgers because its menus are more recognized here in Guatemala and many people prefer these burger . People also feel that the fries of McDonald’s has better flavor than Burger King. I also believe that most people prefer a Big Mac instead of the Whooper of Burger King. I think the service of McDonald’s is better because it has home service for some time now while Burger King recently has this service and something that also affects is that it still has few motorcycles to go out and spread the order, and those little details are losing customers and that is why many people prefer McDonald’s. Another advantage of McDonald’s is that it has other chips for customers such as Mc. potatoes while Burger King has no other chips more than common. Another product which makes the difference for example is the Mc. flurry of oreo which is preferred by customers. In conclusion I feel Mc. beats Burger in many aspects of products and services which keep M.Up in sales.
