“Fast food should be forbidden for young people under the age of 18”
Another important point in fast food is that many people
buy it because they feel like compare(treating) it(themselves) once
a week to(and) eat other foods or vary the routine
of what they eat. The important thing for people who are
under 18 years is not over eating that food such as:
McDonalds, campero, pizza etc. These are foods high in fat
and cause excessive damage to the body of the people and elevate cholesterol
and other diseases. However I think I tend(that with) a
good control on how often and what time you eat this meal(meals,) I
think there is (not) any problem that is(to) consumed(consume
them).
Also it would be wise to avoid(forbid) people under
18 (to) eat fast food because it is the moment where they
like to eat that burger or whenever the weekend or a specific day(.),
however, and when(When) people are older(,) they do not like consuming these
products because they prefer (a) home-cooked meal(,) instead(,)(.) (This)
is the time where(when) teens can eat fast food
because your(their) bodyis(bodies are) young and do not produce much
harm as parents or older people who can no longer eating(eat) such
foods.
In conclusion, fast food is not bad as long as they learn
to eat and be very cautious of the amount consumed or
how often you(they) eat fast food(,)(.) ideally(Ideally) in
order not to damage the body(, it) is (advisable) to eat (it only) once
a week or every two weeks (so) the body is not affected and it
would not hurt to persons under 18 years consume fast food,
but parents also need to greatly influence the children (and)
say(watch out) that (the) fast food they eat (is) very little
and it is important to also eat food that is homemade, like vegetables
and fruits and so one day be able to eat fast food.
